Keeping your number
Active, grace, released — and how to stay in the first one.
Your number behaves like a SIM. It stays active as long as your plan is valid.
- Active — the plan is inside its validity window and your AI answers.
- Grace — the plan has expired but the number is still held. Recharging here saves everything.
- Released — grace ran out and the number went back to the carrier.
NoteRecharging before expiry is always the cheapest way to keep everything as it is. A released number cannot be guaranteed back.
