What the scan reads, and what you will need to fill in yourself.
Paste your website address during onboarding, or run the scan from the console. The AI reads the page and drafts your business profile.
What it usually gets right#
- Your business name and what you do.
- Your services, with short descriptions.
- The vocabulary your callers use — including the urgent words for your trade.
What to check yourself#
- Opening hours — usually on a contact page the scan did not read.
- Your greeting — no website contains the sentence a receptionist should answer with, so this one is written for you and worth making yours.
- Anything seasonal or recently changed.
NoteFields the scan could not find are left blank rather than guessed. A blank is a prompt for you; an invented fact would be a lie in a caller’s ear.
