What a plan includes
Minutes, validity, simultaneous lines, numbers and agents.
A plan buys a validity window and a number of plan minutes. Prices differ by country — your own are on the pricing page and in the console — but what each plan contains is the same everywhere.

Why agents match numbers#
A phone number routes to exactly one agent, so a second agent can only ever answer a second number. Every plan therefore includes as many agents as it includes numbers.
Archiving an agent frees its slot, and restoring one needs a free slot to come back into. If your plan lapses you keep every agent you already have — you simply cannot add another until you renew.

This is how many conversations your AI can hold in the same moment. Your billing page shows the cap beside your minutes, and the live monitor shows how many lines are in use right now.
