A plan buys a validity window and a number of plan minutes. Prices differ by country — your own are in the console — but what each plan contains is the same everywhere.

Paying yearly
A yearly plan costs 10 months’ price and runs for 360 days: 12 cycles of 30 days, and each cycle refills the plan’s monthly minutes.
Why agents match numbers
A phone number routes to exactly one agent, so a second agent can only ever answer a second number. Every plan includes as many agents as numbers. Archiving an agent frees its slot.
