How billing works
Per-second metering, holds, rollover, and what a plan includes.
A call, from start to charge#
- When a call starts, a small hold is reserved against your balance.
- The call is metered per second while it runs.
- When it ends you are charged for the actual seconds, and the remainder of the hold is released immediately.
Included minutes are spent first; credits cover anything past them. Both appear in your ledger with a running balance, in the order they happened.
Credits and rollover#
Credits you buy roll over for as long as a plan is active on your account. That is a rule of the platform, not a promotion.
Auto-recharge tops you up before you run dry, and it is off until you switch it on — a charge you did not explicitly agree to is not a feature.
Simultaneous calls#
Each plan includes a number of lines your AI can hold at the same moment. Your billing page shows the cap beside your minutes, and the live monitor shows how many are in use right now.
