Sync your contacts
Get your address book to your AI, from a phone or a spreadsheet.
From the mobile app#
Open Account and tap Sync contacts. Allow access when your phone asks, and the app uploads the book directly. This is the shortest path by a long way.
From an iPhone, by file#
Contacts → Lists → touch and hold a list → Export → share the .vcf file to yourself, then upload it on the People screen.
From an Android phone, by file#
Contacts → Fix & manage → Export to file → save the .vcf, then upload it on the People screen.
From a spreadsheet#
A CSV works too. It needs a name column and a phone column; email, company and notes columns are used if present.
NoteUploading the same book again updates by phone number and never duplicates. Entries with no usable name or number are skipped and counted, so the total you see is what your AI actually knows.
