A teammate never got their invite
The link always exists, even when the email does not.
An invite is a row and a single-use link. The email is a convenience on top of it.
If email is not configured on this deployment, the invite screen hands you the link to send yourself and says so plainly, rather than claiming a message went. Copy it and pass it on any way you like.
If the email should have gone, check the recipient’s spam folder, then re-send from the team screen.
