My ledger shows a hold, not a charge

A call writes more than one row, and that is correct.

• At the start, a hold reserves a small amount against your balance.
• At the end, you are charged for the actual seconds.
• The unused remainder of the hold is released back to you immediately.

The running balance beside each row is the authoritative figure. Nothing rounds up to the minute, and no call is charged twice.
